Thank for your feedback. Our One Time / Move In cleanings are performed and billed on an hourly basis because there is such a wide range of conditions and, "levels of dirty," between various homes we have to deal with. We would have been pleased to spend more time detail cleaning but if you were working on a budget, then we are glad to here we stayed within your budget and still provided a decent cleaning to your satisfaction and deodorized your home.
Our core cleaning solution set is very much health friendly and green. If you had mentioned it as a concern at the time of booking or to the team then the we would have been pleased to use only the eco-friendly set of solutions. However, in our experience, most clients want specialty products that work for heavy duty cleaning. Considering the state of the home it sounds like the team suggested what they felt in their experience would work given the condition of the home.
