warranty

I purchased windows, doors, trim for $9,000 in April 2017 but when glass cracked in February 2019, it was not covered after almost 2 years of installation. They wanted another $1,000.00 to replace and install. No warranty.

Hi Velda,

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately glass is not under warranty for cracks. Cracks can occur for many reasons including, but not limited to; misuse, abuse, and negligence. For those reasons our manufacturer does not warranty glass. Infact no glass manufacturer in Ontario warranties glass from cracking.

Due to the unfortunate situation we offerred a replacement at our cost. Please contact us if you would like us to remedy the broken glass for you.

Very helpful (both office and installation crew), fast installation, polite crew, cleaned up after, came to install at a reasonable time. Willing to come back and clean up the exterior glass.

Entrance door and sidelight plus bathroom window

Very professional work and worker, went the extra mile to ensure everything looks beautiful. Very punctual and polite. We've received many compliments on our new entrance system and bathroom window. Would highly recommend this company and the workers who did the installation.

It is one of the worst company I have dealt with. The install the one window wrong. I have called them so many times every time they book me repair date but no one shows up on that date.
My suggestion do not hire this company for your windows and doors.
