I purchased windows, doors, trim for $9,000 in April 2017 but when glass cracked in February 2019, it was not covered after almost 2 years of installation. They wanted another $1,000.00 to replace and install. No warranty.

Hi Velda,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately glass is not under warranty for cracks. Cracks can occur for many reasons including, but not limited to; misuse, abuse, and negligence. For those reasons our manufacturer does not warranty glass. Infact no glass manufacturer in Ontario warranties glass from cracking.
Due to the unfortunate situation we offerred a replacement at our cost. Please contact us if you would like us to remedy the broken glass for you.
