they don't fullfill their promises. Just want your money!!!

1 star is even too much for them. WARNING! before you sign anything, make sure you have everything in writing from the salesperson. Installation date, deferral program (they don't tell you about interest rate or admin fees) airmiles... I mean EVERYTHING IN WRITING. The salesperson is trying to get his commission so he'll say anything to get the sale! BEWARE! Contacted salesperson several times in regards to all the issues that came up but never responded. Wrote management and the only time they acknowledged me was when I said I was going to cancel contract and sue for breach of contract and misrepresentation. Gave them 10 business day to sort out everything but never heard from them. Reporting them to BBB. That is not how business is conducted!!!
