Windows by Installer replaced 8 windows in May 2013.
They were very professional and replaced all eight windows in one day. We’re just thrilled with them. They made some suggestions on types of windows that turned out to be very good suggestions. Their quality control people came through (Steve) after the initial installation and saw issues that we were unaware of and then they came back and made the windows right. They were minor issues, but they were things they wanted to make right. They actually came in earlier than we expected them which was very nice. The price that we got was excellent. If you are looking to get new windows for your home, then going with Windows by Installer will be your best bet.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know what an outstanding experience I recently had with Windows by installer. I purchased a whole-house install of windows (13 total) a few months back from them and the experience from start to finish was much more than I expected or hoped for. The customer service was top-notch from the sales guy to the team behind the scenes to the professional installers - I haven't had this kind of customer service from any other company in a long, long time. The windows look fabulous with not a detail left untouched. I love them! WBI team, especially Steve & Oleg, the installers, are TRUE professionals and I couldn't be more pleased. These 2 guys are AWESOME at what they do and the hardest workers. They made the experience truly a pleasant one - I can't say enough about what a great job they did, outside and inside the house. Also, the follow-up has been tremendous with several people (Alex, being one) calling just to make sure things were going smoothly and on time. I am happy to recommend this team to my friends and family. My house looks like a million bucks!

This is at least the fourth time that my husband and I have hired Alex to repair windows in our home. He is always prompt, friendly, and professional. He has saved us from buying brand-new vinyl windows by repairing the broken seals within. Each repair takes two service calls. The first call Todd comes and examines the window - taking it apart to measure the size of the seal. The second visit is approximately one week later when the new seal is ready. Alex comes at the set appointment time and replaces the broken seal for the new one. I have always been very satisfied with his work and his cleanliness. I would most definitely hire him again and I tell all my friends about his services.

These guys did a great job and did all of the 15 windows in one day. They started off with two installers and gradually as the day went on more and more installers came to help complete the job. It seems we ended up with about eight men completing the job. The windows are difficult to lock back once they have been opened but the more they are opened and closed they seem to be "breaking in". The windows we don't open very often are still a little difficult to lock back in place. Initially the top window will come down when you close the bottom portion which makes it difficult to align and lock them. However, as I stated they are "breaking in" and it's becoming easier. It has greatly helped with our electric bill. Some say the triple pane are "overkill" in our area, however since window technology is constantly changing and getting better (different gases now being used for better insulation) I felt it was better to get the best insulated now. Down the road when newer technology is developed we won't be as far off on value as someone who purchases a double pane window.

The work crew arrived on time as scheduled, with an experienced and adequately sized crew. Each had their own assignment and skill. They worked two long hard days and completed all work on time. The installation was neat and professional. The workmen were neat, cleaning up after each task, and were very friendly and cooperative.
We are very pleased with the noise reduction as well as the improved insulation. We are happy with the appearance of both the doors and windows and how well they operate.

I love old houses and I was worried that using vinyl wood grain windows in a home with great oak woodwork would look cheap, but I could not afford wood windows for house. I contacted the owner Alex in July 2013 to get an estimate and look at samples, with the expectation that our current renters would be gone by mid-August(they did not actually move until Sept 15). My deadline for installation was late August. Alex met me at the house in July to get measurements. I was impressed with the appearance of the wood grain samples and we were able to match the woodwork well. Bath and kitchen windows were painted white, so two white windows were ordered. Alex had to return to the house at a later date to get access to some of the upstairs windows for measurement, and he arranged that with the renter., which caused a delay for the final order. The windows arrived August 13 and we arranged for installation the following week, August 19-20. I could not be there that morning, so I gave Alex a key. By the time I arrived at the house August 19 at 3 pm, the installers had completed all the interior work and were loading the last of the debris in the truck. They had not installed the kitchen window, however--Craig, the installer, had noted that the kitchen was white and the window he had for it was woodgrain. "I knew you would not want that" he said. He arranged for the correct white window to be rush ordered. Craig returned August 28th and installed the kitchen window. I am very pleased with the final appearance of all windows. The quality and fit is very good, caulking was thorough. Noise reduction from traffic is significant. I was really amazed with the efficiency of the installation.

Windows by Installer gave good service. They are good installers. They did replacement windows in the attic and they put some nonopening storms over a picture window. They were quick. They were clean. They were thorough. The windows were of good quality, they work well. These people cleaned up after themselves every little detail, we were really impressed. I will use this company again if they have the product I am looking for. If they carry what I need for the house, I would not hesitate to use them in future.

The sales representative was very thorough and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We found Windows by Installer to be reasonably priced and excellent workmanship, From start to finish everyone was very responsive and conscientious and provided quality work.
We replaced two screen doors with storm doors on back of house and replaced five windows in kitchen and dining room. Looking forward to replacing more windows with Windows by Installer in spring of 2014.

In October we got estimates from two highly rated window companies on for six windows to be installed in my daughter's home. Although we were very impressed with the reps. and products from both companies, the estimate from Windows by Installer was far lower than the other company. We signed the contract and asked that the work be done in November. Every time we called, Larry was very responsive and accommodating. We had the 6 upstairs windows installed on Nov. 14th 2013. The two installers arrived even earlier than the time agreed-upon. They quickly set to work removing all the old windows and installing the new ones. They were very neat and left the house and yard spotless. They did a great job of installation and closed off doors on the rooms they were working on so that we would not lose too much heat in the cold weather. The workers were friendly with us and my daughter's large dog. We all were very pleased with the neat job and clean-up and would highly recommend them to other people. The new windows look great!

Steve came by immediately to give me a free quote on our windows. We wanted to replace all the windows in the home- 11 total double hung. After we decided to go with the company, we set up a date and the installers did an amazing job. They were thorough, efficient, kind, and clean. After we installed the windows we had a slight issue with a few windows and I called and Steve had a technician call right away and remedied the problem. I was really impressed with the technical issue. Its one thing to say the windows are covered and under warranty but a different issue when there is a problem after the installation is completed to get a call back and have great customer service! I was impressed.
