Experience was great! Customer service and response time was timely and staff is very friendly and easy to talk to!
In terms of thr concrete itself I expect more quality work and cleaner edges which I felt was not worth what I paid for! I opted for more professional option this time as my last concrete job was about the same and wanted to avoid that but ended up with same finish! A little disappointed with that, otherwise looks great!

They did a great job with our driveway. The only problem was a one month delay because of a shortage of material. We had to wait to get the stones we wanted.

Exceptional job with driveway. Kosta (the owner I believe) was prompt on the initiate estimate date and the crew arrived on time both on initial prep and paving day. Kosta was also part of the crew, which all seem to enjoy working together. Chose them initially as they had done work in the neighbourhood in the last few years and those driveways still look great. Also very price competitive, would definitely recommend Royal City for driveway pavement!

The company has agreed to fix the driveway since it is still under 1 year warranty so removing my review. I will update again once they come and fix it.

The team came back to fix the hole today. I am happy now so updated my review 10/10. It was finally all ended well and proves that they are trustworthy.
