While doing some restoration work on our 56 year old home we thought it would be a good idea to move our sump outside and replace the drain tile due to some recent water back-up issues. After getting a couple of pricey quotes I decided to call Carlo. He said a camera inspection will be the best way to determine our options. Once inspected he found a few minor issues and saved a ton of money by not having to move the sump or replace the drain tile. He even commented that our system quite clean for the age. A while later our neighbour had a water leak so I recommended Carlo. He came quickly and, yet again, saved $$ by providing honest advice on what needed to be done. There was a major problem with the drain under the driveway. Carlo and Jay dug up the old pipe, replaced it with the proper type. Carlo is very professional and esy to deal with and it was a good price.

We were doing some work on our basement and found that we may have had a leak. Carlo from Westside Drainage was very knowledgeable and with his camera took me through the inspection and identified the blockages in the tile fairly quickly. We booked date to clean the tile a week later and then the job was done in two days. Carlo's team was so efficient they finished early and he gave us a break on the price. Very thankful to Carlo and Jay for their excellent work in installing drain system in the back of our house and connecting it with existing drainage system in the front. Our sloping driveway turned into a small lake after a very heavy rain last spring, resulting in some water in our garage. So I wanted to get it taken care of before the return of the winter rains. When Carlo came (on a Sunday as he was very busy) and checked the drain tiles with his video camera he showed me how badly blocked they were. He explained what he'd do to determine the extent of the blockages and what he expected to find and provided a written quote to do the work.

As Carlo exposed the areas he needed to see he kept me constantly updated with what he was finding and explained to me very concisely what had to be done. After cleaning the blocked areas and repairing a couple of connections he demonstrated to me that the drain tiles were working properly. He came up with an innovative solution to replacing the drain cover at the bottom of our driveway, and advised me on how to keep the drain tiles cleaner for the future. The work was done efficiently and the areas that were being worked on were left safely covered or taped off at the end of each day.

Had some rain the other night and everything worked great, the water went where it was supposed to go - away from the house.
