I was warned by a company that I should be careful with companies as alot of moving companies can be cheap but they are not trust worthy. They will cancel last minute and tell you un true facts. I was skeptical as I was thinking what moving company would screw you over like that.

I reached out to quality movers and prewar Ed them of what was advised to me and I asked them if rhey were reliable and good for there word. They assured me so. We locked in a price of 80/hr for 2 men and 70 flat rate for the truck moving from Oakville to cambridge for 4pm.

Day of move I get a call at 2pm saying that due to the rain there delayed as their customer was not wanting them to move things in the rain. They said 5-530 they would be there. 430 comes around and I get a call saying there running a little bit behind they will be there for 6. I asked no later then that. 620 rolls around I get a text from the driver saying they would be there for 715. At this point I'm furious and call and they are telling me that they can no no longer do the agreed upon delivery and that they would have to split the deliveries. Drop off half my staff at my designated located and that the following day they would have to drop off the remaining. Also indicating that we would be charged 4 hours of labor hours and 3 hours of commute but that they would waive the over night charge.

What I own and need moved would be a 2 hour labour job and the commute there and back would be 2 hrs. When arguing how unreliable they are they Insisted that they had no other option for us and were admit we would have to pay the required amount which was alot more then confirmed and discussed on arrangement.

We canceled with the company after so much frustration and no time left to make arrangements. They screwed us over and now have to make shift a bed on our floor to be able to make it to tomorrow where we will rent a uhaul due to there mistakes

Lesson..... when someone tells u to be careful. LISTEN

They have moved all the goods and they are well behaved. But during billing they charged me 140$ extra which was not discussed with Gary. These overshoots my budget and they are not unloading till I have paid. Not a transparent and professional approach.

Great job , their movers are so polite and humble. I will recommend to my friends and family .

We hired Quality movers(Gary) for our moving, sent 2 guys who has no knowledge around dismantling; they tried dismantling my expensive equipment and left it like that. If they do not know how to dismantle stuff. If they do not know they should not touch stuff. Half way into the moving, my stuff is in the truck, he says i need full payment. Without that his guys wont deliver, and I paid 150 to start with!!! I had to e-transfer on the fly, and Gary who the owner is does not talk to customers!!! Zero response!! Unbelievable.
It was such chaotic experience, NEVER GO WITH THIS company..

I was given an estimate of $210. The movers came into my home without mask. They took turns taking bathroom breaks, helped themselves to beverages and moved 1 box at time. After loading my items the cost came to $395. I asked how did they arrive at that price the mover could not give me an explanation and only stated that there was GST. I asked for an invoice and was told that it would be sent. I insisted on a break down they threatened to leave my items in the street if the amount was not paid. It has been
several weeks I still haven’t received an invoice. The bosses name is Gary it sounds made up he was obviously Pakistani nonetheless he/they never responded to any of my request. I am filing an official complaint.. Stay away.. at all costs ..

After agreeing to pay the sums, they increased the price of the trip by 100 dollars because they came from Scarborough knowing that their center is in Brampton, one of the workers took a break for half an hour during loading, and the other took a break for half an hour while unloading, they broke some furniture, including the vase, and they do not answer any calls, no I recommend dealing with them

I've used Quality Movers a number of times in the past 5 years moving my 1 bedroom condo and other goods. They make it easy to obtain a quote on their website with the drop down menus. Booking with Chris is great, always friendly to deal with. My moves are pretty simple and straight-forward and these pros get it done fast! They've always shown up on time and have all the tools to do the job. Dollies, blankets, straps, everything needed to safely load and transport my stuff. I'm never hesitant to refer Quality Movers to anyone I know.

Quality Movers were everything I could have wanted in a move : quick, professional, friendly, and affordable. They moved us out of our 2 story loft and into our house with greater ease than I could have imagined. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

The team showed up prepared and we're very organized. As the person moving you are always anxious to get things done, the guys were were quick and took great care with my belongings. They also had lots of blankets and straps to secure items in truck. They then went to a second location to get my girlfriends stuff and were very efficient loading her things. At final destination the unloading was smooth and at all times the guys were very courteous and polite. Best movers and experience I have ever had!
