We hired Quality movers(Gary) for our moving, sent 2 guys who has no knowledge around dismantling; they tried dismantling my expensive equipment and left it like that. If they do not know how to dismantle stuff. If they do not know they should not touch stuff. Half way into the moving, my stuff is in the truck, he says i need full payment. Without that his guys wont deliver, and I paid 150 to start with!!! I had to e-transfer on the fly, and Gary who the owner is does not talk to customers!!! Zero response!! Unbelievable. It was such chaotic experience, NEVER GO WITH THIS company..
