Very happy with the new gas fireplace insert that we purchased and had installed by The Fireplace Club. Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out an insert that fit our space and size limitations. He was very flexible when it came to scheduling our install and we feel he bent over backwards to make it work. We are very happy with our recent purchase of a gas fireplace. Shawn was very helpful at explaining all of the various options to us when we came to the showroom and on the phone. He also came to our house to measure the fireplace. The installers were friendly and helpful in answering our questions, and installed it cleanly and efficiently. The new fireplace is beautiful and modern looking and works very well. We would definitely recommend Thornhill fireplace club to others.

Reza (Ray) did a very professional job, wearing his mask at all time, and cleaning up afterwards. He rapidly found the failure mode in one of our fireplaces, and readily replaced the faulty part (Thermopile) from his on-truck inventory (i.e. no wait time for parts). After repairs, he readily performed annual maintenance and did a pristine clean-up on both units. Finally, he thoroughly checked for CO and natural gas leaks before leaving, using a professional hand-held unit. We could not be more satisfied and comforted.

From sales to installation the whole team was very helpful, professional and responsive to all our of needs and many questions. Sitting in front of our new gas insert we are delighted with the results, thank you!

Originally, I called 3 different companies to get a quote, but only the Fireplace Club was willing to work with my request of testing the receiver first to see if it was broken. Lee-Anne was very professional and easy to work with. Once she helped me isolate the issue, she tracked, located a acquired a new part within a week. Not an easy job during a pandemic on a part that comes from outside of Canada.

It was because they were flexible and willing to work with my specific needs that Iwould not hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to my friends.

I have a fireplace which sometimes can't come up. The technician is very experienced. He quickly identified the switch is the place highly suspicious. He took time to pull it off, then polish it, and taught me all the necessary knowledge how to maintain and fix it in future.
His service deserves a good review here.

Ray was GREAT! Our gas fireplace was on the fritz and couldn't keep a flame. We called The Fireplace Club and Ray arrived at our house right as scheduled. After doing a thorough inspection he found the problem - it wasn't our fireplace unit at all - it was the wall switch - a simple fix it yourself solution and a $2 part at home depot. He then cleaned out the fireplace, the gas lines etc. and polished the glass leaving our fireplace looking like new. He also recommended the type of paint we could use to change the brass details on the fireplace if we wished. Overall, Ray was very helpful and I will certainly call these guys again/recommend them if we, or if we know of someone who, needs their fireplace serviced.
