This was a perfect experience, from the patience and knowledge of Adam Saunders, to the efficiency and friendliness of the technicians who installed the furnace. I know nothing about furnaces, and had so many questions, each of which was answered in depth and with expertise. After doing due diligence, Air Quality Dunrite was the obvious best choice, and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a furnace, or air conditioner.

We've been customers for almost 20 years. We get a semi-annual checkup which is punctual and professional 9we get a phone reminder spring and fall to book an appointment.). When our furnace quit they were here very quickly to fix the problem. They have also been helpful selecting new furnaces, AC unit and other upgrades over the years and making maintenance recommendations. We are very happy with the parts and service provided.

A very polite young gentleman arrived within the set time to service our furnace while thoughtful slipping on shoe coverings. He finished checking the heating system and spoke to me about the advantages of possibly getting a new humidifier for our home. He left some info with respect to a hygrometer to help us determine if we really need one. Quite knowledgeable and tidy.

He did not have to replace filter yet but asked if we would like to buy one now to put in another time ... 3 months later.

have used air quality for years--routine winter tune up--technician came on time--was very careful with shoes, explained all my questions, replaced filters (which I provided) and assured me all OK- showed me the merit of upgrading my coverage from silver to gold--fee increase modest and coverage more robust plus free filter with each service. The do my air conditioner in spring--have used them for emergencies and also very good.
