After years of dealing with Enercare I turned to Dunrite, which installed a tankless water heater, a furnace, and an air conditioner.
With the trouble shooter, who analysed my existing appliances, the sales manager, who provided replacement product data, and the technicians, who performed the installation, I was impressed. All were courteous and efficient. If product performance and service prove to be consistent with the quality of their initial efforts I will know that I made the right choice. I am hopeful that I did.

EXCELLENT FIRST CLASS WORK; THE INSTALLERS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND DID A CLEAN AND TIMELY INSTALLATION.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE YESTERDAY FROM AIR QUALITY DUNRITE EXCEPT A RECEIT FOR PAYMENT,

I DID WONDER IF THERE IS A PRICE BREAK BECAUSE WE DID NOT REQUIRE A WATER PUMP FOR EXCESS WATER FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER, HUMIDIFIER AND FURNACE. WE OPTED FOR A GRAVITY DRAIN TO OUR FLOOR GRATE. ALSO, I ASSUME THAT REBATE INFORMATION WILL SOON BE SENT TO ME.

I had a new furnace, filter and humidifier installed. They arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were friendly and accommodating around my work schedule. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the work.

Emergency Service Call

Called your service when the house was not heating and it was the lst time after the long hot summer. The service man came later the same day and discovered some dirt in the line, cleaned it and heat was restored immediately. Coincidentally we are scheduled for our yearly service call in a couple of weeks and he also suggested we have our gas fireplace cleaned at the same time. Our furnace is only 5 yrs. old so were surprised to have this problem at all. Kyle was outstanding for our service.

Technician was a super nice, competent fellow who has also done our last several annual maintenance calls. My only beef was with the $59.95 "diagnosis" charge, despite the "10-year full warranty" provision included in the purchase contract for this now seven-year old cooling system. Surely diagnostics are a labor item, and surely "full warranty" includes parts and labor.

Mel, I wanted to follow up with you. I understand your concern about the $59.95 diagnostic fee. You were wise in choosing a ten year warranty as you were not charged anything for the repair that was done for your system. The manufacturer does not cover any diagnosis with their warranty program. Unfortunately we have to figure out what is wrong before we can perform a repair. Without speaking about your specific job, the repair would have been significantly greater than the diagnostic fee.

We have been dealing with Air Quality Dunrite for many years. They have installed our furnace & air conditioner and have maintained them both as we are part of the annual maintenance program. We have always found their service personnel to be very polite, knowledgeable and and they take the time to explain what issues we face when they come across problems.

We have been very satisfied with their service and their work when installing new equipment.

Dunrite did a great job of identifying the proper set up and then replacing both the air handler and a/c unit. It was a difficult job on one of the hottest days of the summer. The follow up service was also spot on.
