Metro Plumbing & Drains

I live in Ireland, and have property in Toronto. Tenant had random problems with clogged toilet over past few days and asked me to resolve it. This is where Home Stars comes in - found it on google pretty cool web site, will definitely use it in the future...
I've email to several plumbing companies with problem description. Metro plumbing was one of the first to reply and were most reasonable on estimated price. Tenant reported me later that they were very quick to arrive and service was exemplary.

I went on a business trip for a week and when I got home my finished basement was flooded. I called Metro Plumbing and Drains (recommended by friends) and when the plumber came he said that the sewage was clogged. He quickly reclogged the sewage and I watched the water draining. He then helped me dry and sanitized the floors. I am now recommending Metro Plumbing and Drains to all my friends.

We’ve decided to renovate our kitchen and upgrade the appliances. So we needed a contractor to install a refrigerator with an icemaker. Metro Plumbing and Drains wasn’t our first choice. We called them because the guy from the other company never showed up. So useless to say that I was a bit skeptical when the call taker from Metro Plumbing and Drains told me that they had an available plumber who could come to my place within an hour. What to say, the plumber arrived on time. He appeared to be a very nice and professional young man. But what impressed me most of all was that before coming in he put on disposable booties on the top of his safety boots. Thank you very much that you show respect to my property. The second thing that impressed me – after installing the icemaker he cleaned the area around. Wow, just wow. I don’t know, others might say “hey, nothing special, you paid for that”. I want to add that the price I paid was very reasonable, never the less I was treated like a real VIP. I will definitely call them again.

Vadym was excellent - He came right on time (early, in fact) to fix our toilet which was not flushing properly and whose handle was broken. He told me upfront what the cost would be before starting any work and he had a booklet that showed the standard prices, so I knew he wasn't just pulling out arbitrary numbers. I would highly recommend his services!

Vadym came at 1:30am.. my cat crawled in the wall and was stuck. He came quickly, and worked promtly.. got him out safe and effectivly. Great service, empathetic, and polite. . Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

I called Metro Plumbing and Drains when my toilet started leaking. My boss recommended them as reliable, quick and cheap. When the plumber came and looked at the toilet he told me what was needed to get done. He took off the toilet and he replaced something between the toilet and the drain. He finished quickly and charged me as predicted. Everything was great.

I called Metro Plumbing and Drains to replace two old sinks with new ones. The plumber came at the scheduled time and quickly removed the old sinks without scratching or damaging the walls (they are big sinks and the hall/doorways are small). Afterwards, he installed the new sinks. He was quick, professional, polite, and careful. He also cleaned up after himself very well. In the end he ended up charging the estimated price and leaving me with a very good impression.

The plumbing service was provided by Mr. Vadym Badenko on time, with exceptional quality and attention to details.All three bathrooms were fixed in within very short period of time. I highly recommend Mr. Badenko' services (METRO Plumbing & Drains), and will use his services in future

He came with booties and offered great advice on our plumbing problem. We had extensive plumbing issues, two toilets removed, with clogging. And a kitchen sink installed with new drainage. Total time was FAST and the results were beautiful!!!! I would DEFINATELY call METRO PLUMBING AND DRAINS again or refer them to a friend. He was very nice and understanding. Exceptional quick service and I wouldn't think twice about calling them in the future.

Called Metro Plumbing and Drains to install new dishwasher. The plumber came, shut off the water, took out the old washer and put it in his truck, then installed the new one and left. It was like he never was there. The dishwasher works great, nothing bad to say about Metro Plumbing and Drains.
