After seeking recommendations at work, several colleagues pointed me towards Metro Plumbing. Upon contacting them, they promptly sent over a plumber named Alex on the very same day. Alex attentively listened to my concerns and provided a reasonable estimate. Agreeing to the price, he performed a complimentary camera inspection using equipment from his truck, which revealed a buildup of grease and other debris in the sink. Alex efficiently cleared the blockage and was on his way. His friendly demeanor, understanding nature, and swift service left a lasting impression. Consequently, Metro Plumbing has earned my trust as the plumbing service of choice.

Recently Ive got a call from my tenant complaining about clogged kitchen sink.
You could not prepare for such things, but yet you need to react quickly.
I have googled Metro Plumbing and made a call with them.
I was impressed by how quickly they arrived and their expertise in diagnosing the problem.
They have confirmed an issue and did a fair estimate.
Upon agreement on the price, within no time, the sink was cleared, and the water was draining perfectly again!
They even took the time to give my tenant tips on preventing future clogs, which I really appreciated.
The service was efficient, friendly, and affordable. Im so relieved to have the kitchen back in working order and my tenant be happy with the quick resolution. Highly recommend this plumbing service for anyone facing similar issues!

The old clay storm sewer drain was clogged with tree roots and cracked, causing water to back up into/thru foundation to interior. Vadym diagnosed the issue and his crew was here next day, and did a proper and complete dig to fully expose the damaged/blocked drain, replace it with new PVC (adding a clean-out) and replace all the soil back. Professional and hard working, it is clear that they do not take short cuts and get the job done right - the first time..

We had to call Metro plumbing as we had a water leak from our fridge. We had switched the water line so by the time technician came the leak had subsided.
Vladmir told us on the phone that it will be $189 to come and inspect. Except when he came he could not even open the water line. He said he does not know how to work with sub zero fridge. I told told him on the phone that it is from my sub zero fridge. We paid him the money as we had agreed. He was not interested in even trying. We also told him that we can get him the manual and my husband can help him to remove the fridge - but he was not interested.
I called the company manager/owner - Andre - he did not care for it either. So we were out $200 for nothing. We already knew the leak, we had closed the water. SO BEWARE - they clearly dont know what they are doing

Professional, clean, answers all your questions and reasonably priced. Everything you want when dealing with anyone in any service. Both times we were in a bind and we had Vadym show up withing 12 hours and had everything done and cleaned up around an hour and half. He's our permanent plumber and will be recommending Metro to everyone!

They installed our dishwasher, it works great. The service person arrived on time and worked efficiently. The price was good compared to other companies. I would defiantly use them again.

Vadym came to help within the hour of my call to METRO. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote to replace the old faucet, left and returned again within an hour with a new faucet . He installed it and cleaned up everything., even the water spilled under the sink and even returned my bottles and supplies to there place.
