Amin was able to troubleshoot a difficult problem that was intermittent in nature, and did so quickly and efficiently, only needing to replace one part. I am very impressed with his ability to do this, as a technician myself (just not a gas-fitter).

I called Newtech and he was on site within 15 mins. He diagnosed the problem quickly but took his time to pass on some valuable operating tips... a good problem solver and offered to follow up with us if the problem reappeared at any time...Great service !!!

My washing machine was not draining properly during the wash cycle and would stop and show an error code. Amin not only fixed the problem, but suggested ways to prevent future leaking problems. I really appreciated his helpfulness and professionalism.
