Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration

On the morning of May 30th, I called NewTech Appliance regarding a freezer problem. The Tech, Amin arrived a short time later. I explained that I had a problem with frost buildup in the freezer compartment and the fridge temperature seemed too warm. After removing the freezer back plate and defrosting the freezer, his diagnosis was a defective thermostat. The part was available in his truck and he informed me of the cost. Overall, my experience was positive, in fact very good. From placing the call, to having the freezer up and running in just over an hour. The freezer has been performing well through the weekend.

Amin provided prompt and courteous service, with reasonable rates. He was able to obtain the required parts and repair our dishwasher within the same day. I will definitely contact him first for any future appliance repairs.

I would definately recommend New Tech Appliance Repair. I inquired about my oven not working and Amin came promptly the next day to diagnose it. It's now all fixed and back running. Amin was able to quickly diagnose the problem and immediately picked up the part and returned to fix it. He was very proffessional and friendly. I would call him again if I ever need an appliance repaired again!

Amin was able to troubleshoot a difficult problem that was intermittent in nature, and did so quickly and efficiently, only needing to replace one part. I am very impressed with his ability to do this, as a technician myself (just not a gas-fitter).

I called Newtech and he was on site within 15 mins. He diagnosed the problem quickly but took his time to pass on some valuable operating tips... a good problem solver and offered to follow up with us if the problem reappeared at any time...Great service !!!

Great response and availability times for my schedule. A good price for just a quick house call. Amin has been able to resolve my problem quickly and efficiently as well showed me what it was that was wrong. Friendly and will be my first call if these services are ever needed again.
