Mark was a pleasure to deal with, taking the time to explain his products and installation. Mark’s roofing team was exceptional…Alex and Ivan paid great detail to vents & flashing, etc while roofers did a great job removing old shingles & installing new ones. The workers were punctual and professional with a great attitude.
As an avid gardener I was concerned about my gardens and very pleased with their caring ability to move many pots and accessories to ensure there wouldn’t be any damage …nothing was disturbed or misplaced as they carefully placed each pot in its original place after completion of job. The overall clean-up was also wonderful.

From start to finish Mark’s team was very professional, efficient & courteous. The entire job was timely with pleasant workers. They did a great job!

Mark and his team at Regal Roofing Works installed a new roof for me 12 years ago. They always kept in contact every few years to make sure everything is going well with no issues. Although we have a fairly new built home, we were having leaking problems that we thought were caused by our plumbing pipes.
When our ceiling fell in, no one could find the cause until Mark from Regal entered the scene.
He arrived promptly and kept all appointments on time. His staff are top rate and very knowledgeable especially Alex who is very obliging.
Since we know that Chubb Insurance uses him, we knew he must be good.
He wan't good ... his company was great!!
They were neat, efficient and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. He kept me up to date with 'before' and 'after' photos and offers a 10 year written warranty.

Janet & I wanted to tell you how happy we are that we found you to repair our garage roof.
It turned out that 2020 was not the best year to undertake a major repair such as this (as you know we had a fairly elaborate deck with major planters & vegatation on top of the garage).
However, you were at your best - you started the job when you said you would, you and your crew were speedy and finished the job when you said you would, and we were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work you did. We saw first hand on a daily basis the careful and experienced way in which all steps were undertaken to demolish the deck/garage roof, to repair the surface and structure and then to create a new roof for us.
In addition, you were able to recommend other trades to give us a professional and attractive deck and roof garden to replace the area we had. All of those trades were very professional and were able to do their work in good time and with a minimum of disruption. We got to enjoy our deck before the winter closed us down.

I was referred to mark Steven at Regal Roofing by a friend. One of the best referrals ever received. From start to finish this project was one of my easiest renovations. mark was very thorough with his quote and it was competitive. I went with regal after comparing some other companies in the area and after looking at some completed jobs. Marks crew were fantastic and completed their work on our big roof in one day...full install and cleanup. After checking back the next day to make sure everything was ok we noticed a couple of forgotten issues...his team was back that afternoon to complete the job and the roof looks great. Would highly recommend.

Mark Steven, owner of Regal Roofing Works came highly recommended from a friend. After several quotes from other roofing companies, it was apparent that Mark was competitive in costs, but more importantly highly knowledgeable in diagnosing issues with the old roof which included a leak, blocked side and roof vents.

Mark's company did a complete removal and replacement of the roof system with new R20 insulation, new plywood, re sloping of the roof, 2 new drains, new insulated vent stacks and flashing. Mark also replaced two skylights that were cracked.

The project was overseen by Mark's manager who was on the job site each day and took hundreds of pictures during the project so that I could see the progress of the work as the roof was three stories high and I was unable to view the progress from ground level.

The work was completed over several days and the roofers stayed very late into the evening to ensure that part of the roof which hadn't yet been completed was protected by tarps against a threat of rain.

All workers were courteous and efficient. I found Mark to be honest and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Regal Roofing Works.
