We had several quotes to replace our door light and foggy window. Pierre and Christopher were excellent. not only were they the best price, but they were reliable and did an excellent job. Although we have a fairly new built home, we were having leaking problems that we thought were caused by our plumbing pipes. When our ceiling fell in, no one could find the cause until Mark from Regal entered the scene. He arrived promptly and kept all appointments on time. His staff are top rate and very knowledgeable especially Alex who is very obliging. Since we know that Chubb Insurance uses him, we knew he must be good. He wan't good ... his company was great!! They were neat, efficient and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. He kept me up to date with 'before' and 'after' photos and offers a 10 year written warranty. Carlo is a trustworthy, reliable, and very friendly guy. [quite a few stories!] He had to come back to get rid of some squirrel friends that had decided to live in our bathroom fan vents. You could not get a better wasp pest control company! This company makes appointments, and actually keeps them, refreshing. Carlo is most helpful and did quite a bit of extra work at no charge. Out of 5 'Homestars' including one that I had used before, only 3 responded and came out. Another Company never even called back! My back garden went thru' a major renovation, and the renovation Company, ripped out all the grass including cable, telephone and sprinkler system.
