project was very well co-ordinated, however the Manufacturer forgot to order a transom glass panel. Peak ended up doing the job in two visits and kept us well informed of the changes, the installers were good at what they had to do re installing the doors.

The door arrived 2 weeks earlier that expected and the duo performing the installation did great . They customized the install to our needs(trim, etc ) and the entire job was done in under 3.5 hours. Nice Work !

We are very happy with the quality of the product, time of delivery, communication and the installers were fantastic! I will use The Home Depot again! They schedule the install right to the day!

We choose Home Depot installation services for our front door replacement. We were satisfied with their services for our Garage Door and roof and the front door was no exception! Two things prevent me from giving 10/10 stars. Firstly, it was 5 months from the time we had our consultation until the door was able to be installed. Secondly, the installers were supposed to show up between 8-11 am. I got a call a week before saying it would be between 2-4 but they ended up showing up at 5. Once they were there, they were polite, did a good job and cleaned up well. I recommend Home Depot Installation Services.

I finally decided to replace my side door and frame. The steel door was rusting and the frame had signs of wood rot. I knew right away that I made a good decision to do the replacement through The Home Depot when I visited The Home Depot location in Oshawa. Right away they helped me select a very smart looking door set but even better the staff arranged to have a representative come to my home to discuss the purchase details regarding the purchase and installation of a new steel door and frame. The was no sales pressure or upselling. The contract was signed and door measurements were taken twice, just to be sure. On the installation day the crew arrived as scheduled. They worked efficiently to remove the old door and frame and then to install the new product. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the residue. They were very polite. I am very satisfied with how the whole process was managed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I plan to replace my front door and frame in the spring. For sure I will call on the staff at The Home Depot to do the job for me.

We have been Home Depot customers for over 30 years and most of our major renovations done in the house have been by Home Depot. We like the staff and the management inside the store as well as dealing with us on the phone in the office. We trust their workmanship and feel that their product is always reasonably priced in comparison to other businesses.

The door installation went very well. Was installed on schedule, and day of installation went smoothly, arrived promptly and worked was completed in the estimated time. Job site was left clean. Product is great and our day LOOKS fantastic but feels even more secure and study. Thank you!

Loved the doors. Front entry lock installed crooked. Some caulking missed on both doors. Both doors randomly just open on their own. P&C cove trim not secure and should have been caulked behind (moldings)
