we had 2 bay windows replaced on what I would say was a cold wet day in November. The installers were on time and were very professional. The removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones were done seamlessly. They cleaned up the place and we are very happy with the final outcome. This is the 3rd time we are using Home Depot installation services. We replaced our roof, and heating and now the windows. Will certainly use/recommend HD for future renos. Thanks Lynette

Sales professional was great, made recommendations felt confident. Everything after that was horrible. The guy that came to measure broke my sidelite, covered the hole with drywall then said well its a crap door anyhow. After 4 months door arrived, manufactured too small and damaged before shipping. Second door arrived intact. Installers had no common sense. Needed to use a grinder on a piece of concrete. Did not inform owner nor tenant but started grinding away, leaving a thick film of concrete dust all over personal items. Did not recommend covering anything nor recommend person leave and therefore got a lungful of dust.
Communication with coordinator was sporadic and never had answers. Supervisor never cotacted me when asked and avoided any communication. Worst service I have ever experienced

Great service and good and quality. When looking for a sliding door and was given a great quote and great service for putting in the door. All around great customer service.

Home Depot was easy to deal with, very prompt coming to quote and measure. The installers were very professional, the job took 3 hours from start to finish. The area was cleaned up afterward, absolutely no complaints. Would recommend in a heart beat.

Good installation installers top notch great work guys were friendly and explained what they did and answered any questions lI had. Would reccomend to friends and family and anyone who needs renovations

Excellent service from start to end. We had 3 in-home sales consultant from the big home and windows companies and nearly walked away from changing our door. 1 rep totally missed the in-home visit, while the other 2 reps was completely uninterested and not accommodating to our needs.

Our in home rep Mike from Peak Installations was fantastic. He was patient and knowledgeable. The installers showed up on time, worked quickly and did a fantastic job.

We are completely happy with our new door and already planning on changing our patio doors. Home depot and Peak Installations will be our first and last call.

Had them replace a badly done patio door with a wonderful sliding door with built in blinds and a screen add on. We just love the quality and beauty of our new door.

removal and installation went very smooth and quick despite the cold weather. It turned out to be the coldest day so far this year and the still did excellent work.
