Atco Gas

I called ATCO gas to reconnect my gas service at 7 am on a Friday and it took them till Monday afternoon to come out. This is not a service company. The representative was stiff and talked almost like a robot (you could tell she wasnt smiling on the phone). And even if you call first thing in ghe morning there is no way uou can get same day service. We had to wait 4 days or pay 280 for a more expedited service

I called ATCO in the morning and got through their IVR immediately. The representative at the call center took down my information and summarized the call to confirm he had captured everything correctly. ATCO had someone out to my place in about 2 hours. Their employee was efficient and courteous. It wasn't in his scope to fix the issue but he did accurately identify the issue and recommended that contact a Heating Contractor.

Our furnace was not working properly, so I called ATCO Gas. They were able to come out really quickly and do the necessary check. The service call was free and the guy made sure he looked at everything and that it was working properly. He made the recommendations that was needed. Furnace is working fine right now without needing any other work, but he said I may in the future.

My furnace quit working on the first cold day in September. The serviceman - a very nice person - came within about 4 hours of my phone call. The call itself was free but the repair was a very reasonable price with a one-year guarantee. He also lit the pilot light on my gas fireplace. I love that everything was free except the actual repair.

Our hot water heater tank was leaking so we called them and they came and checked our tanks and find the problem quick and. Got appointment in two days. Service checkup was free.

furnace wasn't working and the first maintenance worker came to fix it, but it broke down again and the second worker had said that the first person did not do what he needed to do to fix it...

Colin from Atco Gas was excellent in annual check and fixed ongoing squeaking and loud noise my reliable Coleman original that others have wrongly diagnosed. Very knowledgeable, caring and honest.

Had Atco come and Clean my furnace. They are very helpful, and best of all, their service is FREE. Booked a day for them to come by and check out my furnace for the upcoming winter months. Very helpfull in suggesting matance check list and what to do next time.. Thanks..
