I was quite happy with the work Meerkat Roofing did on my house. Most of the cost was covered by my insurance company but I did pay for the front elevation so I could have all new siding. I love the new colour of my house.

I had birds and birds' nests in my kitchen stove fan system which is vented to the outside and also in a vent from my main floor bathroom. Roy cleans out both - there was an amazing amount of nesting material - and constructed a open metal barrier around the outside vents to prevent the birds from returning. Although I think the service is a bit pricey, I am happy with the result. One of my neighbours noticed what was happening and had Roy do his vents at the same time as they, too, had birds in them.

My furnace quit working on the first cold day in September. The serviceman - a very nice person - came within about 4 hours of my phone call. The call itself was free but the repair was a very reasonable price with a one-year guarantee. He also lit the pilot light on my gas fireplace. I love that everything was free except the actual repair.
