Sean is an excelllent communicator and kept me updated through all the aspects of my condo inspection. Before, during and after my inspection Sean kept me updated by phone, email and in person. This was really important to me. I highly recommend his work.

Sean absolutely takes pride in his work and we really appreciated how he happily made time for us over the holiday season, completed a thorough inspection upon last minute request and got it to us before we settled into our vacation - all in a span of a few days! It was so helpful to have a report with detailed photographs because it's a lot of information to take in during an inspection and the photos are great for reference. Lastly, when you are clueless on what to look for and a large list of recommendations are coming at you, Sean is able to give very specific advice as to which upgrades are a priority and why. Sean helped us out a lot on two homes. He was very thorough and his report was detailed and complete. We went into negotiations fully informed of the entire scope of renovations we would likely need to do. Unfortunately, a bank appraisal fell through and we did not buy the property.

For the next one, he offered a partial inspection even though this was at the same time as his wife was about to have a baby! He is absolutely committed to inspection and was willing to help us out even in this busy time of his. He explained things simply and comprehensively. Although we hope to get the current place we are putting an offer on - if we don't, we will surely use Sean again. Cannot recommend him enough.

I would like to thank Sean for his courteous and prompt service. He was extremely helpful and explained to me in ways I could understand on how to deal with the ventilation problems and mold concerns in my home. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Sean came by our home to investigate for evidence of possible mold due to a past leak. He also brought in his mold sniffing dog to help him with the inspection. After the investigation, we found out that there was in fact mold in a few locations, which was confirmed by Sean after his dog was able to point out the exact locations. Sean gave us great advice on how to deal with the problem and tips for preventing any such issues from happening in the future. We were very happy with the work that Sean and his dog did for us and would definitely call on him again.

Sean's a great guy to work with. Timely and most importantly he cares. I had him inspect a home we were about to purchase and he basically spent almost 5 hours solid walking through the place. checking, testing and probing. Post inspection, he walked me, literally, through the potential problem areas and gave good advise and tips on prevention and correction, which was very much appreciated. Since the inspection I've called on Sean a few times with questions and he has been magnificent with the follow ups, despite his schedule. Thanks Sean!
