Sean absolutely takes pride in his work and we really appreciated how he happily made time for us over the holiday season, completed a thorough inspection upon last minute request and got it to us before we settled into our vacation - all in a span of a few days! It was so helpful to have a report with detailed photographs because it's a lot of information to take in during an inspection and the photos are great for reference. Lastly, when you are clueless on what to look for and a large list of recommendations are coming at you, Sean is able to give very specific advice as to which upgrades are a priority and why.
