I know nothing about home maintenance. From the first contact I had confidence that the job would be done right at the price promised. There wee no smells with the resin and the basement was safe for pets. The service was fast, precise anddone on time.

Our finished basement had flooding issues for years. When Stuart was contacted he was at our home within the hour. He spent quite sometime addressing our issues and my husband and I were both satisfied that this was the company to do the job.
When Stuart and his team arrived, we found them to be a very professional, knowledgeable and extremely hard working crew.. The work was finished on time and on budget.
I cannot express my gratitude to Stuart and his crew for making us fall in love with our home all over again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has had water issues with their basement.

We had poor drainage around our house that had been leaking into our finished basement for years. Stuart and his crew fixed the problem by installing a new drainage system and sump pump. We Had cracks in the foundations that have been leaking for years. We tried other companies a few years ago and the cracks still leaked then we called the professionals at PERMA-DRY of Simcoe County and all i can say finally we have a dry basement. From the inside they came and inkected the cracks in our basement and after they were done they cleaned up and were on there way all in one day. PERMA-DRY of Simcoe county were professional, on-time and where not sales people trying to sell me things. They took their time to explain exactly what they were doing. They fixed 2 cracks in the foundation and did some drainage work inside my house and installed a sump pump. They left the basemeny cleaner than it was.
