Watermart

Our water filter system for our cottage is usually serviced by Dave and his team at Watermart in Thornhill. This summer, our UV lamp broke, we tried numerous other providers to get a replacement and no other store could get our parts. Dave got the right part, and discovered another problem and fixed that. Thank Dave.

I have been dealing with Watermart for approximately 20 years. They are absolutely the best company around to deal with. Owner Dave is wonderful and Ron, his serviceman is exceptional. I've recently had an installation of an R/O system in our home and had a very good experience with Watermart. Linda was great to deal via email and phone and Scott was able to come later in the day at my request and the installation took no more than an hour. He was knowledgable, kind and courteous.

The quality of your service is excellent and I commend your staff for a job well done.

One suggestion is that sending an email as a reminder is more convenient than a phone call.

Everything was done to perfection. Scott was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the pros and cons of every system and went further to explain carbon filtration and water softening systems. We were extremely pleased with Scott and how he took his time with our visit. We are happy to recommend WaterMart.

The presales support from Dave was exceptional, he responded in a timely manner and answered all my questions for a new water softener. I am recently separated and he was empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond in ensuring I had a solution that worked for me financially. Ron was the technician who handled the installation, he was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and just like Dave went above and beyond by helping remove the previous unit in place. Linda handled booking my appointment and was also very helpful, arranged to call when the technician was on route. She also did a follow up call to ensure installation went well and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have. Overall experience was great!

We moved into a house which had an existing iron filter and water softener system that was not working. We had two different companies come look at it, both gave us sales pitches and recommended we reinstall both systems (without actually touching the systems, just looked at them). Ron came in and actually tinkered with it, figured out the problem and it was resolved in a couple weeks for a third of the cost. We also had him install a new reverse osmosis sytem. This is an honest company with honest employees that are really out to ensure their customers have safe water rather than just earning a buck. I will be sure to return the favour by recommending their services, starting here on Homestars.
