Watermart helped to install a new water softener system in my home. Installation by the technician was done by Ken, who was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me.

Highly recommend Watermart if you need a water softener system installed in your home.

Justin did an excellent job installing our system. He was courteous and patient in answering all of our questions. Installation was efficient and he was thorough in cleanup and removal of all cartons and packaging. We would highly recommend Justin!

We added an in-sink water purifier early on during the Covid lockdown as we were tired of filling up Brita pitchers all day. Justin D was our service tech this time and was polite, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service once again from the Watermart team.

My wife and I are extremely happy with both the service and products supplied by Watermart. We have a whole house water filtration system that was originally installed by Watermart approx 15 years ago. We've just gone through our annual change of new water filters done by Ken. He's just the best - on time, courteous and helpful, endlessly patient with all my questions, clean and neat, quick and efficient. The filters and customer service from Watermart have always been first-rate, and this year was as good as always. We highly recommend Watermart for any house water filtration system needs. Watermart is an amazing company with alot of wonderful people who work there my mother has a filter with your company and she has nothing but nice things to say about the technicians who service her system once a year I would highly recommend this Company to everyone and anyone 10stars forsure.

Justin came by to perform our first annual filter replacement on our reverse osmosis system. He was professional and courteous. Got the job done quick and walked me through the system checklist to make sure I'd understood how to get the best possible water out of it.
