What an amazing experience it was with Watermart! The installation of the water softener began with George - he came to our home on time in the 1-hour agreed upon interval, assessed the situation in the furnace room, explained and answered my questions of the system and procedures involved, installed the softener with care, cleaned up the working area, taught me how to maintain the unit and the salt preferred. He was kind and patient in answering all of our questions. He also followed-up the next day to add a foam around the tubing to avoid direct contact with the metal vents. Thank you George for your time and efforts!
Equally amazing was Donna - who answered our initial request for a water softener. She inquired about our home and offered an option that met our current and future needs. She was genuine, did not pressure us to buy, and allowed us to take our time to examine and review all options available to us.
In the end, like many of the other homeowners on HomeStars and Google, we are extremely satisfied and happy with the service and products provided by Watermart. The team truly puts their clients first and offers a first-class customer experience!!
