I got this company to install a custom closet. They finished the work faulty quickly and then contacted me when they were done to come to my place to install it. Their work was fairly good however they did make a few dings in my laminate flooring by sloppily smashing my old mirrored closet doors on the floor a few times. When I called them out on it they tried to pretend it was dust. I would use them in the future however I would definitely place flattened cardboard boxes all over the floors first to prevent clumsy mistakes. It took them 6 hours to install and 3 weeks to make.

I bought a samsung tv from here and also a stand. I find that this store is a hit and miss. Sometimes I will find something I like, but other times the furniture is not the greatest. They also have a teachers discount and usually always bargain down the price significantly even if you aren't a teacher! It's worth it to ask. If you walk away, they will often make you a better deal. The customer service people will offer assistance immediately upon walking into the store. They had the TV in store as well as the stand so I didn't have to wait at all. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience at this Brick every time I've been there. Would definitely recommend it.

I love pottery barn however it is quite pricey. This place has antique furniture with wonderful quality and such a pleasant feel, however it does come with a high price. The atmosphere is very friendly in the store and the staff are willing to help where they can. I asked for the coffee table as soon as I got into the store and a lady walked me right to it. They had one in stock so I was able to get it the day of, but I heard this is unusual and often they have to order items for you. I would recommend this store to anyone who enjoys a modern, rough finish on their furniture.

This is such a great store. Extremely trendy items, great for big spaces or small and very simple yet classy designs. I purchased a grey duvet sheet set. I looked everywhere but loved the one at Urban Barn the most. The quality is A+ and so cozy. The customer service is good, but you must approach them for help. Also, all the items I purchased were instore so I didn't have to wait for delivery. The prices are very high so I can't stop her all the time, however it's nice every so often. Its great to roam and get wonderful ideas on how to set up your home so that it looks elegant. Also great for condo and loft furnishing.

This is such a great modern home furnishing store. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but its totally worth it. It's perfect for condo style homes and is very trendy. I bought a white ladder shelf that I place some vases, books and picture frames on. I have also seen this used to display alcoholic drinks. The one problem is that some pieces need to come from their head office so they take a while to get there. I had to wait for 3 weeks. They were timely and it arrived when they anticipated. Customer service is great too.

Beautiful affordable and trendy furniture. Their store hours are weird and their computer system is really old. I've been very satisfied with my purchases so far. It's only been a few months. Their customer service sucks though!!!!
