I was researching on Google for Sub Zero refrigerator repair since my fridge was not working properly. I read quite a few good comments on Acco Canada Refrigeration and decided to call the company and spoke with Jessie. Jessie was very helpful and listened to my concerns and promised to be at my house by 6pm. Jessie came to my house around 6pm, looked at the fridge and recognized the issue and provided me a written estimate. I had spoken with other techs and Jessie’s estimate was the lowest. I was very happy and requested Jessie to go ahead and fix my fridge. He fixed my fridge and also provided written warranty on his workmanship. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and would definitely recommend to anyone to contact "Acco Canada Refrigeration".

Just reading reviews to look for someone to come fix my stove and I see that a previous repair company is known to overcharge. ACCO came in Oct., late in the day as my fridge had not been cooling. Said it was a common problem with the 650 model, it looses the freon gas ( not sure if that is the correct term as it's not written on the bill, just says evaporator). He charged me 1500 and have spoken to others saying this was way too high. Won't be calling this company again.

"A week ago, I had a issue with My Sub Zero Fridge model number 500, It was fridge compressor problem and I called to a well known company in Toronto they quoted me $1100 for fixing it and I had to wait a whole week, then I called to Acco Canada Refrigeration Company and they quoted me $850 for same job. Acco reached in 1 hours to my home and they diagnosed my Sub Zero fridge correctly and then fixed it within 2 hours, Good service, good prices. I’ll recommend Acco Canada Refrigeration to all my friends and relatives for appliance repair and services. I'm writing to say Acco Canada Refrigeration level of service is amongst the highest.

It was quite fast service for me! The Technician came within half an hour on just a one call. Jessie did quickly diagnose my fridge and fixed up the problem. Within 30 minutes my fridge was started to work fine. Thanks again Jessie to save my day!

Jessie came to give quote to repair fridge. He quoted $1100, became angry when I said I wanted second opinion, billed is for service call and left in a huff. Kampen came next day, quoted us 400, rdid the repair and said Jessie from Acco has a history of over billing.

I have used Acco many times in the past. They consistently provide prompt & excellent service. This time we had a cook top that did not work. They arrived within an hour diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the parts and fixed the issue. They are courteous and honest. I would highly recommend Acco.

Reliable, honest, punctual. These are just a few words to describe the service provided by acco. We needed one of our appliances fixed right away and acco got the job done. I referred them to a friend who needed a service call as well.

Our ice maker went on the fritz. We thought it was due to lack of use and that the ice had jammed in the freezer. It turns out the unit needed to be replaced. The repair was completed quickly with the part in stock and on hand. This was the heat of the summer and we were about to have a big party. Acco saved the day for us.
