We were skeptical of past services in previous years. I was pleased to see an offering so close to home. We had an in depth phone conversation and ended up cycling back as an initial contact didn't have availability for many weeks. This process was super thorough and I felt superior. We also had our furnace cleaned for the first time. I guess we had the wool pulled over our eyes in previous years. The job took many hours versus 1 hour as it had in the past. Even though the job was done on a friday afternoon the 2 man crew did not rush through their process. It was a super hot day but they plowed through. we appreciate this and have recommended this service to friends. We will use this service again.

We called and the tech showed up sooner than we expected since he was in the area. He had the part and replaced our ice maker. The fridge was a few years old. The filter also needed to be changed and as a courtesy he changed it. We appreciate all that he did since we were having a large birthday party in days. The Timing of this breakdown was most ironic but we got the fridge up and running in time. Thank you!

My ID went missing along with my purse. As are result I decided to change the locks and install an alarm. The owner showed up asap and installed everything along with additional smoke alarms for the basement and upstairs where the bedrooms are. He came immediately which put me at ease. He left me with these parting words 'we shouldn't have to worry about personal security in our own homes'. So true! I have never forgotten these words.

Our AC started to make a huge noise. We called and received immediate service -the same day. This was most reassuring during a heat wave. The part was identified, ordered and replaced the following day. Amazing, dependable and reasonably priced.

Our ice maker went on the fritz. We thought it was due to lack of use and that the ice had jammed in the freezer. It turns out the unit needed to be replaced. The repair was completed quickly with the part in stock and on hand. This was the heat of the summer and we were about to have a big party. Acco saved the day for us.

Our family room is over the garage. Despite the fireplace the room does get chilly in the winter. We spend a great deal of time in this great room. Eco Insulation arrived, prepped and completed the job efficiently. Richard supervised the job to ensure his crew did what they needed to do. As a result we are cosy and doing our part for the planet.

We no longer worry about our safety at home. We have peace of mind. We called and they were able to resolve our problems the same day. The alarm was reset and the fire alarm was repaired and left in working order. As a result we renewed for another year. The system is easy to use. We no longer worry about our personal safety.

We used ASAP almost 5 years ago. I was surprised to see that they were still around and responded recently. The service was extremely accommodating. They realized how important it was for the service to take place asap. The tech was thorough and reassuring. He provided ID and an explanation of what he did.

Genesis did a super job to repair our roof. They were prompt and scheduled the job within a reasonable period of time. They have since then followed up with us. We have engaged them for subsequent jobs.
