Stay away at all cost! An Absolute Nightmare to deal with. They installed a new door which never closed properly, we were forced to use the garage door for years until they finally showed to replace the multi-point mechanism and charged again for the the part which they initially claimed to have life-time warranty and was never installed properly from the get-go.

Patio door improperly installed and has to be shimmed a couple months after installation. Laundry room door sweep failed after six months. Al ghosted us in trying to get him to fix the problems.

We are extremely happy with the double doors we got installed by Al and his team at Door Gallery. The service was on time, high quality, and for a great price that we were shocked at first to hear. We feel much safer with these new sturdier doors compared to the old ones.

Hired this company to change our front door. After completing we realized that the door was not closing properly, the door kept hitting the latch. Furthermore, the caulking job was terrible. The beading around the front step looks like it was done by an amateur. We then noticed that there is condensation building in the window pane. The framing around the door is not flush with the wall and there are massive gaps. We called Alex several times and he our issues have not been resolved, this is not what we expected from this company they took our money and that was the end of it. You cannot do business like this, if you are hired and paid you must respond and fix the issues. Please do not use this company they are not legit business owners. Alex you know who we are we have been calling you for months. Do the right thing.

I hired this contractor for our front door and they delivered every promise. Great quality door and great quality service. They offered great recommendations and kept me posted along the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

Starting with the sales person, it was nice he explained all about the doors, the material, the accessories, after they come few days earlier to installed the doors, the personnel who installed the doors very professional, when they finish installing the doors, they clean all the mess, just a little detail, that they said as soon they’ll around this area they going to came to fix, I’ll recommend this Company, they are professional puntual, and clean
