Frogbox

FROGBOX is great... honestly made my move so much easier. The driver didn't make it the day delivery was supposed to be made, however he did come earlier to pick them up when I called after I was done before the scheduled pick up date. They are a good company to deal with. And definitely makes moving easier!!!

Our experience with Frogbox was very good. Boxes were delivered on time and when we needed extras, they arranged to drop them off the same day which we really appreciated. The boxes were clean and in good shape and really helped our move go smoothly.

My husband and I got frog boxes for our recent move. We were tired of having those old cardboard boxes that can't seem to handle that much weight and love the idea of having an environmentally friendly option. (Moving tends to be quite rough on the environment)

I loved that we were able to pick a time for the boxes to be delivered and picked up, and that they actually showed up within that window (its shockingly uncommon for that to happen). The workers were very helpful in explaining how to use the boxes and they had lots of labels and instructions as well. We also were able to order a mattress cover from them as well as a couple rolls of bubble wrap - which saved us a couple trips to a hardware/moving store (a big win).

All in all, we will use them again for all our future moves, and will definitely encourage our friends and family to use them as well!

As move managers, we've packed A LOT of houses. We love Frog Boxes. More economical than boxes and reusable. The deliveries and pickups are always efficient and timely. When we have a quick in and out move, we always opt for Frog Boxes. They do not make sense if you aren't able to get in and out of your boxes quickly. They now offer a smaller size, perfect for books and heavy pantry items. They sell paper and bubble wrap for wrapping. You may still need cardboard art boxes, table lamps, and a few other items, we pack almost everything into a Frog Box!

What a great idea! The Frogboxes made packing a breeze. They arrived right on time and in excellent condition. These boxes were easy to pack in the moving truck and easy to carry around during the moving process. It was easy and affordable to extend the loan period to finish unpacking them when we were able. They were collected punctually from our new front door. Frogboxes saved us time (no driving around gathering boxes), they stack easily and gave us peace of mind that our belongings were safe due to their sturdy design. We really appreciate the reusable nature of this product and would use them again.

I used Frogbox to pack up both my teens for 2 different universities. I ordered the smallest order practical, for 1 week, and entered our home address for both pick up and delivery Deb from Frogbox was great. She helped me choose the quantity that would be most cost effective and worked around my schedule for pick up and drop off. Worked like a charm to get them both settled with a minimum number of trips from car to apartment and nothing dropped or left behind.

I had no prior knowledge of Frogbox until I solicited my friends for referrals of moving companies and reusable storage bins. Their website was easy but I called to book as I had a few questions. I'm happy I called as the representative encouraged me to shift my delivery and pick up days to allow myself more time to unpack. I wanted the 2 week rental and believe I needed more time to pack. She was right! I strongly recommend following the suggestions of the 1, 2 or 3 bedroom options. I was moving from a 2 bedroom condo to a 1+1 and the 30 large and 5 small bins were perfect.

The delivery and pick up time happened exactly as I was told and the bins were strong and sturdy. Exactly what I needed! They arrived with labels you can personalize which made organizing myself at my new home very easy. My movers were thankful I used Frogbox instead of getting cheap grocery store or LCBO boxes.

Great packing product, and being stackable is an added bonus. Delivered and picked up on time. Easy to pack and for movers to handle. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Fantastic service. I called fairly last minute for boxes and was able to have them delivered the next day. The 1 bedroom bundle along with some wardrobe boxes were the right amount for my condo. The boxes were clean and easy to stack. The only thing is that I packed about 6 boxes before I realized that I was closing them incorrectly. .but that's okay. The pick up and drop off were easy, and when I unpacked a few days earlier than I expected, I even was able to have them pick up the boxes earlier than my scheduled day. All in all a great service and would recommend them again. My movers also appreciated the boxes, because they were so easy to stack. My only tip for the company is to perhaps supply plastic ties for the boxes as well. I ended up buying some from the dollar store but plastic ties secured the covers a bit more so I wasn't worried about them opening up unintentionally.

My experience with this company was ok but not great. Wish I could rate FROGBOXES higher but I cannot. I have nothing to complain except for three boxes that were a bit dirty. The delivery guy arrived on time, was polite and the service was ok but nothing "Extraordinary". I feel I could have a bit more than just having my Frogboxes dropped of at my location. For example: explain or advice how to pack them or explain what's best to load them with (BOOKS) bit more of customer care would probable made the difference. I would use Frogboxes again as a second option but will hesitate to recommend to anyone.
