Frogbox

Frogbox are amazing! All the staff were friendly and professional and the boxes were dropped off and picked up on time. I rented the box several weeks ahead of my move so I had plenty of time to pack everything up, and kept them for a week afterwards so I had time to unpack. The boxes were clean and in excellent condition. I hired professional movers who told me they love frogboxes because it makes their life so much easier and it saves a lot of time on the move itself. The boxes are very strong, easy to close, and stack on top of each other perfectly. I highly recommend them for making your move as stress-free as possible!

Absolutely fantastic! GREAT box design whether empty or full, easily stackable. Superb customer service, prompt with emails/responses and very helpful + friendly (especially Deb MacDonald and both kind gentlemen who delivered/picked up the boxes). I rented 25 boxes and a wardrobe box for one week. The drop-off was on time and hassle-free. The boxes themselves were great and saved me a lot of time and stress when it came down to actually moving (saving me money on movers, as the whole process took less time than estimated due to the stacking boxes!)
I asked for the boxes to be picked up earlier than scheduled, and Deb was extremely accommodating. She called to make sure I would be home as well. I would 100% recommend this service to my family and friends - Frogboxes make moving so much easier!!

We recently used Frogbox for our move. The service was very convenient to use and made our move much more efficient than using cardboard boxes. It probably saved us money on the movers because the boxes are sturdy, easy to stack, and are just the right size so you don't pack too much into them. I would definitely use them again for future moves!

My entire first floor was being redone and I had to move out all my furniture and stuff. I have over 700 books and that was going to be a problem due to weight and quantity of boxes needed. Frogboxes were PERFECT! They held alot of stuff and could be stacked 5 high with no tipping over. They made moving things very easy and fast.

We couldn't be happier with the entire Frogbox experience. The service was fantastic, the boxes themselves were really durable and easy to use and it's also nice knowing that the boxes will be reused many more times, not to mention that not having to dispose of/give away the used cardboard boxes.

Third time using FrogBox and third time very satisfied. Great service, courteous and professional all around. Quick and easy drop offs and pickups. Follow up calls when necessary. Love using these boxes. FrogBox takes a load off during a hectic time, not having to worry about finding boxes. We liked the concept after seeing the originators on Dragons' Den, and after using the service for the last few years, we definitely know they have a winner!

I can't recommend these guys enough. They deliver your boxes to your door and pick them up when you're done. You can customize how long you want (we had our boxes 3 weeks before the move and one week after), and it's not too expensive to add on an extra week if you need it. You can pay to keep any of the boxes you used if you want them for storage.

The boxes themselves are sturdy and close well, so you don't need to worry about taping your boxes shut. They have nice, grippable handles on the side that both we and our movers appreciated, and they stack really well. I hate the smell of cardboard and didn't have to worry about mountains of cardboard in my home. We also didn't have the hassle of sourcing cardboard boxes and then getting rid of them after the move.

We moved in a pouring, freezing rain which would have been bad with cardboard, but of course the plastic boxes stood up perfectly.

Everyone we dealt with at the company was polite and kind, and we appreciated that part of the cost goes toward frog habitats, so is good for the environment in that respect, too. We also appreciated that they give you an extra ten boxes just in case you need them, and you pay for them on the honour system. Just a great ethos for a company!

AMAZING SERVICE!! I moved at the end of March and about a week prior I tore my knee ligaments and the thought of sourcing boxes made me wince in pain. A friend referred FROGBOX to me and I quickly investigated. I ordered 25 boxes and 2 wardrobes. I was worried with less an a week prior to the move date that I may be too late for my order… Not the case! Everything from the online order, the phone call I received to confirm my order, the delivery, the pick-up and the payments and receipts made/received was perfect and easy. This was a rather stressful move for me and FROGBOX just made things that much easier. The boxes themselves are a godsend. They fit everything, with plenty of room to protect the items. And the packing of the moving truck was so much easier with identical sized boxes. No Tetris-style moving!

This company was great, and very easy to deal with. They drop the boxes off, you pack them, move, and they pick them up at your new location.

I like the environmentally friendly aspect, but the price is kind of a pain point. But I guess it's balanced with the fact the boxes are sturdy and a bowling trophy won't wall out of the bottom and crush someone's foot.
