Working with Kitchen Pro was an excellent experience. From their designer who took the utmost care and consideration in building out our drawings to the final installation, it was all completed with professionalism and care. We were kept informed all the way along with regards to our cabinets, island counters and backsplash. All the folks at Kitchen Pro are very friendly and helpful and of the few small items that needed correcting they did this expeditiously. We could not be happier with our new kitchen, they truly redefined our space.

Had my cabinets and counters done by Kitchen Pro and overall a very good job and within their original timeframe. Only thing was they cut a few corners and I needed to call head office a few times before it was rectified. Overall we were happy you just need to keep close watch on things coming into your home to ensure they are not already damaged.

This is my first experience using Kitchen Pro and I was more than pleasantly surprised. They were very professional. They were very swift once we started the project. The job was completed on time and with care. They paid attention to all the details. We are very pleased with the final result.

I am just completing a total renovation of my condo which includes an entirely new kitchen. The kitchen wall was removed to create a large kitchen/living area. I was referred to Kitchen Pro and at this point, the plumbers having just left thus completing the kitchen, I can say that working with Kitchen Pro has been a most pleasant experience with a beautiful outcome.
Joe at Kitchen Pro was most helpful in taking my wish list and creating a practical, great looking kitchen plan while respecting my budget. The kitchen was ready for installation on a most timely basis and the installation itself was done professionally and in a very organized manner. I was so pleased with outcome that I also had them custom build the vanities for the bathrooms and even the medicine cabinet! They look great and have the added advantage of being custom built to the optimum size for the space.
Working with Kitchen Pro was one of the better parts of the reno, friendly people with great ideas along with timely, professional execution.

I rarely provide reviews and recommendations as I believe my comments provide a certain level of responsibility for me. However, in this case I am sharing my experience and comments with anyone that reads this because of the particular circumstances.
I had placed an order for one of my clients with Vaughan Kitchen Pro that was delayed due to COVID-19’s self-isolation and business closures. The entire business community was learning how to function and the supply chain of material was definitely interrupted. My clients were expecting a child and understandingly so were anxious to move into their new home before the arrival of their baby. Kitchen Pro was closed and I could only communicate with them by e-mail or voice mail. Shortly after I contacted them the owners reached out to me asking me how they can help. I was relieved. Together we planned on a delivery of a minimal cabinets so that the clients can move into their new home and be comfortable.
Once the units were manufactured, we had to cross the installation hurdle as the installers were also not working (due to COVID-19) and this is when the owner stepped in and he himself provided the necessary expertise and completed the installation. I was impressed, delighted and grateful which is why I decided to share my story.
Many cabinet makers are capable of making quality cabinets, but not many can match the quality, services, and the customer care that Kitchen Pro provided. I know that manufacturing in multiple stages, and additional installation steps all cost extra money yet, the Kitchen Pro management honored our original contract. (the owner even returned the “small” extra payment to me).
In these uncertain times I am lucky that I dealt with people who provide quality products and quality service.

I first have my kitchen cabinets and one of my wardrobe renovated by them, I told the designer what I wanted and she did all the drawings with design, I took most of her advice and the outcomes were more than what I expected.
I liked their design and quality so much, I placed another order right away for the rest of the wardrobes together with full size TV stand, dresser and side tables.
They were punctual on schedule and follow-up throughout, I will highly recommend them to all my friends without any hesitation.

I built my home in 2018 and had Kitchen pro do my kitchen and cabinets.
The work was excellent quality and the installation was efficient and smooth. During the planning stages, everything was mapped out perfectly and Kitchen pro catered to all my needs. I got my dream kitchen for a great price. Full value on hiring Kitchen Pro, and I would highly recommend.
