Wisebuys Windows and Doors

I hired a company that bought doors from Wisebuys. The doors were warped, very old styled looking, ugly, inferior quality and ice and snow was entering the home after install. They did not take ownership of the issues, was not honest about responsibility nor replacement. After living this costly nightmare, avoid anything that comes from Wisebuys unless the door is for an outside shed. If the window and door company you hired is purchasing from Wisebuys, you will be very sorry. This company sells garbage.

I am a previous and current customer of Wisebuys. I have purchased Entrance Doors, Windows and Kitchens from Wisebuys for my various projects and have always been happy with the product and service I received from all of the staff.
I have never had an issue with any of their products and will continue to purchase from them. I am happy I found Wisebuys because their pricing is less expensive than other places and there has never been an issue with quality. I highly recommend them

Bad business..poor quality! I was asked by Wisebuys to pay for new double entry doors in full before they were made or seen. When they arrived months later, the glass insert was not same as ordered and doors were bowed..it was cheaper old stock door. Door was inferior quality, shoddy put together was not a new product and likely was an old display and so defective. Had 2 companies confirm it was
factory defective. Door glass wasn't
sealed..glass leaked through water all over our house causing expensive damage to interior
of home. WISEBUYS did absolutely nothing.
Nightmare to deal with.! Brenna said they'd patch fix (not even properly) but ONLY if we signed something promising not to contact a lawyer or Better Business Bureau before they'd consider. How dishonest! So far not repaired or replaced.Wisebuys wouldn't honour their
warranty.said we didn't use their installer yet when bought they don't HAVE or offer an
installer. VERY Bad business practises ..
it'll cost you ALOT more in the long run...stay AWAY!!

I purchased a front door with two side lights. I was impressed every step of the way. The office staff was great and went out of their way to assist me, since I am from out of town. The installers had their work cut out for them. I have an old home and nothing goes smoothly. They were amazing and professional ! I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Thank you!

Buying from Wisebuys is strongly not advised! Beware. Please learn from my mistakes.

My wife and I purchased a fiberglass double-entry door system with top lite for our new home. My wife fell in love with the ironwork in the door lite windows, so we decided to purchase the front entry system from Wisebuys while having all our other windows and doors furnished by Golden Windows.

The door system was riddled with a multiple manufacturing flaws. It was months before they attempted any repairs, and only occurred on my persistence. A multitude of un-returned phone calls and messages. They attempted repairs on two occasions with poor workmanship and compounding mistakes.

When I demanded a refund and for them to remove the faulty product from my property, I am provided with excuses, followed by silence. I am still left with a non-functioning door system.

Buyer beware. There are far more reputable dealers out there.

I ordered the product for mid Sept delivery 2012 . Not available til end of Sept 2012 and yet still missing pieces. Counter-top not installed until Nov. so Kitchen left half done during this time. Received many warped and doors with blobs of stain on them. Placed many calls to office which were not returned until I threatened legal action approximately 1 year after my initial complaint. Only after I involved BBB did I get a response to my concerns. Cupboards finally done Nov 2013. Company made false allegations that I was unreasonable, abusive and threatening. The only time I even swore was 10 months after initial install, I told them it was BS and I used the initials not the word! I thought I was finished with this company until now Jan 2014, the laminate has separated from the back splash and the wall, leaving a huge gap, all along the back wall. In my opinion it cannot be repaired as it is on a curve and it is over 10 feet long. No return call on this issue either. This will need to be pursued.
This company sells you one thing and delivers another, no issue is too big during the purchase process but they do not deliver what they say. I was told (after install) that I had not bought high end cupboards so basically you get what you paid for warp and staining issues. I indicated I realized this but I did expect functioning and aesthetically pleasing cupboards.
So in brief. It took 14 months to have my kitchen cupboards properly installed. The company does not respond to consumer requests in a timely manner and NOW after another month the laminate has separated from the composite material.+
So basically I am still dealing with product deficiency 15 months after beginning of install . I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased two new entry doors for my home and installed them myself. The product was great and at an amazing price. Since they are getting busier the cost of products is increasing. Too bad because they had a real grasp on the sale by volume.

I was and still am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. I dealt with them over a year ago and still have received no resolution from them. The family room window was installed with a scratch that they said would be dealt with the dealer....I called them several times to find out what was going on....still no answer a year later. The installation of both front door and window was a nightmare...the installer actually placed our old front door with glass sidelites on our front lawn on a hot and sunny day....nice perfect rectangular burnt grass patches!!! The salesperson in the office was very helpful, however the owner/manager was rude and disrespectful at times! Stay away!!!
