Apart from so hiccups which is common in working relationships, there is a genuine willingness of the individuals on the front line to help your business succeed. The contractor support allows my business needs to be met and my requests to be dealt with in a timely efficient manner. There is a personalbility that cannot be weighed.

I contracted Golden Windows to supply doors and windows for our new home. Dealing with both the company and the sales rep was a pleasure. All windows and doors look great, and in addition, they assisted to try to resolve an issue with another supplier. A1 company in my books.

Buying from Wisebuys is strongly not advised! Beware. Please learn from my mistakes. My wife and I purchased a fiberglass double-entry door system with top lite for our new home. My wife fell in love with the ironwork in the door lite windows, so we decided to purchase the front entry system from Wisebuys while having all our other windows and doors furnished by Golden Windows. The door system was riddled with a multiple manufacturing flaws. It was months before they attempted any repairs, and only occurred on my persistence. A multitude of un-returned phone calls and messages. They attempted repairs on two occasions with poor workmanship and compounding mistakes. When I demanded a refund and for them to remove the faulty product from my property, I am provided with excuses, followed by silence. I am still left with a non-functioning door system. Buyer beware. There are far more reputable dealers out there.
