Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto

The people working at love your rug facility are very helpful and informative about the pick up, cleaning and delivery process of my rug. Ive used the service 3 times and im a happy customer. I only take the time to write reviews if im absolutely content with my service. Id say use them if you want highest quality cleaning and knowledge of your rug

I am not usually the review type, but i was really motivated by this business to write as many as possible. I paid what I thought was a fair price to have 2 rugs cleaned, when returned to me they were not cleaned. its that simple - The packaging upon opening had dirt fall out on my floor , immediately suspicious, I vaccumed the rugs to confirm my thoughts and it almost filled my Dyson hand held half way up... no cleaning was done. I contacted the business ( who btw advertises a 100% satisfaction guarentee) and explained that there must have been a mistake....instead of apologizing and making it right.... they asked me for photo's and proof ?? . I challanged them - this was not for me to prove, the fact I was not satisfied should have warranted an immediate response from them. I stood my ground and said, no...you provide me with the photo's / videos and proof you cleaned it . They refused and i pushed back and asked for their proof . Thats when they stopped responding . The owner of the business eventually was forced to respond and now he has miraculously found these videos of my rug being cleaned , he has proof ( never shared with me of course ) and they have been trying to contact me, they even have a recording of someone trying to dial my number ( I know i am lauging while typing this ) . I do not have any missed phone calls or even one voicemail from them trying to contact me, i have no emails directly from the owner or the business after my initial push back . The truth is they never tried to contact me after my request for proof of service. I allowed this business to take $180 from me without ever delivering the service it promised , its a really sad and pathetic way for someone to make money. I hope others reading this dont make the same mistake.

Sent a large for general cleaning that had 2 white residue marks from me cleaning stains
It came back to me with 2 brown marks. They convinced me it was a reaction with what I did and their solution or that my solution got washed out and brought my stain to the surface. I thought it was weird ( have cleaned a few stains in my 60 years) but they were the pros. So I agreed to their 700$ which I thought was an awful lot but was in a bind since I have another carpet like it that matches and bought from ElTE so not cheap.
It came back with NOW 3 brown marks.
Karen said o we would never send a carpet out like that something must have happened from the time we cleaned it to the time you received it. When I tried to explain to them that those stains which I sent it to you with in the first place after you cleaned the carpet was the same thing and youre
charging me for it!!! They ghosted me!!!
They sent an outside rug cleaning company to get the brown marks out and then just charged my card. When I tried to explain
to them the brown marks were not my original marks they just ghosted me!!
I have had carpets cleaned by them in the past with no problems but if something happens they Dont stand behind their work!! They get their back up and find ways to justify what has happened in their favour
There are plenty of other carpet cleaning places that do just as good a job and dont treat their customers in this way. haha like the one they sent to clean my stains Dr rug or herrats which offer the same service
This is a perfect example of all talk through advertising!! In all seriousness folks you can get a million 5 star reviews but its how you handle it when something happens!!!!!! Which dictates true 5 star business

We used Love Your Rug after seeing their billboard in town and reading the review on Home Stars. Zero regrets. Fantastic white glove service.

The website is very easy to use to generate a quote. The Customer Service they offer is fantastic. Jenni was very much on top of our order, asking clarifying questions and very supportive. Rogers and Bell could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

Matthew was also fantastic. He picked up our rugs from our porch on time, even giving us a courtesy heads up call that he was arriving. Same when he dropped off the rugs this morning. If Jenni and Matthew are indicative of the type of people Love Your Rug employs, then trust me when I say your carpets and rugs are in good hands. Will use them again in the future, especially with small kids.

iam extremely happy with the customer service, the results of the boots and goose jacket I had cleaned and the turn around time! Their pick up service was excellent as well!

I had issues with one rug but after some back and forth, they have stood by their quality and service and have offered to re-clean it at their expense.

I have a 10year old rug which was getting dirty and needed a good cleaning. I loved their radio ads and decided to give Love-your-rug a try. I am rather pleased with the result and my rug looks like new. Great job done.

Well, I always here the commercials and thought why not give them a try. I did also get a quote from another company but overall Love Your Rug really seems to have a more seamless customer experience and the pricing was competitive. I did have to chase at one point but their response was super-quick and straightforward and made sense given the state of one of the rugs they cleaned. Would def recommend but hopefully not need to use again for this particular service (they offer many which I didn't know!) cause I'm done with rugs!

I specifically requested that my rug be cleaned for cat urine. The rug still smells. Not happy.

have a rug that i wash myself yearly for the past 20 years. decided to use love your rug services. the rug looks like new. great job on cleaning and pickup and delivery folks were polite and professional. i have already recommended to my family, thank you again.
