I expected this to be an easy convenience service being that I was able to book online. Instead, I had them call me like 5 to 10 times like way too much. I dont need you to contact me so much. I booked online for a reason. But on top of that like the main thing is, they didnt do a very good job with the cleaning. They wanted to upsell me on an enzyme treatment for pets, but that was not needed. The fact is that they dont spend enough time, actually washing the carpet or rinsing it, because it was like the dirt was just spread around. They get wet enough to dilute the dirt and spread it throughout the whole carpet instead of actually getting the dirt out of the carpet. The carpet didnt really look any cleaner and the fibres were more matted than when I had sent the carpet to them. Pretty disappointing. was fairly convenient, but it was like they wanted to cookie for their service like they needed to be told They were doing a good job.
