As an admin for four project managers when they need something done fast I have to be quick about finding a solution. Crown Movers made this happen for me! Large, heavy kitchen equipment move that happened on schedule and without damage. Its great to have Fraser and his team in my network. I've already recommended him to a friend for a house move. They were quick to move everything out and back in to the new house and we didn't even have to say a word. They will be the moving company we use every time we need to move!

Fraser and his two employees were fantastic. They were on time, fast & efficient and accurate on the quote that was provided to me. Fraser and his team were also some of the most pleasant, friendly and respectful movers I have used. Most impressive was that it was an incredibly hot day in early July and Fraser made sure the guys took breaks and stayed de-hydrated. Crown Mountain Movers saved us time and money—and allowed us to experience our first stress-free move. Having moved several times in the past, we were stunned to see all of our things moved so efficiently. The move went fairly smoothly, but I was put off by one of the movers needing to take a break to smoke and the smell emanating off of his person. There was some damage to a lock on an Ikea cabinet. Addressing this issue took exactly one week which I consider a bit unreasonable. Furthermore, after the fact, the manager denied that they had caused the damage. When I asked for some compensation, there was some attitude about Ikea furniture not being worth very much. As I said, the move wasn't too bad, but wouldn't recommend to anyone.

They did a real good job. They were really efficient, professional and amiable. They were very personable and were taking good care of our things and making sure nothing was damaged in the houses we were moving in & out of. Yes, I did recommend them to my mother as the survey asked. They ended up hiring them a couple of weeks after I did.

I hired this company one year ago to move my stuff from my old place to the new one.
They did a good job of protecting the fragile objects and they moved everything in the same day.

Fraser & crew are efficient, personable and very reliable! Our renovation move to storage went smoothly - Fraser found a very creative way to move heavy furniture without having to go down our wacky staircase. Highly recommended.
