The move went fairly smoothly, but I was put off by one of the movers needing to take a break to smoke and the smell emanating off of his person. There was some damage to a lock on an Ikea cabinet. Addressing this issue took exactly one week which I consider a bit unreasonable. Furthermore, after the fact, the manager denied that they had caused the damage. When I asked for some compensation, there was some attitude about Ikea furniture not being worth very much. As I said, the move wasn't too bad, but wouldn't recommend to anyone.
