This is the third time I have used Riley's Tree Services. Mark cut down a tree at my old house and I called him back to grind the stump when I decided to install a fence. This time I asked him to take down two trees and grind both stumps in my new home. When I receive excellent customer service and quality work it makes it so easy to call Riley again and again. Mark is a wonderful human being. You will be happy that you hired him, believe me. He cares about his customers. Thank you Mark.

I was recommended these people by neighbours of mine. I needed a large tree in the backyard pruned of dead branches. They came, did the work, and left the area very clean in their wake.
I like that this man and his wife work together, and I found them both very friendly and polite. I will hire them again if similar work is needed in the future.

This morning Mark & Cheryl came to cut and prune trees in my backyard that had been overgrown for several years. This is the 4th time I've hired Rileys to do my tree care. The first time was an emergency situation during the ice storm a few years ago when my 50 yr old tree needed removal. They also did a great job on the stump grinding and shrub removal. These people are super professional and you get exactly what you need done, on time for the price quoted. I would highly recommend them for all your tree care.

Mark quoted on removal of two 40ft spruce trees. He advised a date and time and was prompt. Removal was completed much faster than I expected. These trees were located at the front of our house and within gardens. The gardens were left completely free of any debris and the yard and roadway were cleaned. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the quality of work and what a positive experience with Mark doing the job. I would certainly recommend Rileys Tree Services. You will not be disappointed.

I came upon Rileys Tree Service as my usual tree service company never showed up to do a job they had quoted for me back in September.
Needless to say, I was upset and disappointed with them. As winter is fast approaching, I started to search for another tree service company to trim a large Norway Maple tree in my backyard. This tree was in need of a good thinning out, some elevation of the skirt and removal of deadwood, as the tree was starting to encroach on the house and hydro lines.
Mark Beisel, the owner of Rileys Tree Service, promptly came out for a job quote. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Mark is very knowledgeable and he truly cares about what is best for the health of the tree. So, I felt very confident with his advice and booked him for the job and within a short time the job was completed. Not only does Mark quote on the job but he also supervised the job and worked on the property as well. All the debris was removed and the yard was nicely cleaned up. The tree looks like it has undergone a lovely facelift and I'm looking forward to spring so I can see the tree in all its glory!

This 50' Pine has been dead for a few years, Rileys was one of 4 companies invited to quote on the removal. Mark thoughtfully framed what the job entailed, the implications to a few other trees, and priced the job. The Rileys team showed up as advised, completed the work in a portion of the advised time, cleaned up all debris (plus a few other logs we had accumulated). Mark is the consummate business owner and professional. In the future, Rileys will be the 1st call.

And, Rileys was hired by neighbours to cut down 3 dead pines on their property.

This is the second time I have used Mark to do a tree job for me. The first time he came and removed a huge maple that came down in the winter due to an ice storm. This time I had him remove two maple tree trunks that for all intents and purposes were the size of full grown trees and he also did some pruning of another tree. I love working with Mark as he is professional and very personable. He knows what he is doing and he does it well. When I came from work, other than the fact that the trees were gone, you would have never known he was there. There was no damage anywhere and I think he may have vacuumed the lawn after he was finished! A great job Mark and I won't think twice about who I will call if I need tree work done.

Thoroughly pleased with the pruning work done on my long neglected yard! Mark and his team arrived and got right to work cleaning up the growth all around the house including my gorgeous Catalpa—that desperately needed a trim and dead branch removal. Mark Beisel and Rileys Tree service have come to our rescue 3 separate times now and the work, service, professionalism and clean up was spectacular each time!
We had a Manitoba Maple damaged in last Friday's storm ( 9/21/18 ) and was laying on top of a neigbours shed about 20 feet up and a VERY large limb.
Mark was at my house the next day with a quote in hand and had the job completed and cleaned up within 2 days and went the extra mile and took down some other dangerous limbs, cut out some stumps I had in the garden and pruned and cleaned up the remaining portion of the tree with a nice shape and has allowed the trees on either side to spread out now.
Fabulous company, quick service and beautiful work...5 stars all the way and I would highly recommend to anyone!!
