The crew did all the windows and patio door within one day. They were friendly, clean, efficient, courteous, and even added a new doorbell button for my patio door at no extra charge.

I even got Airmiles! I would definitely recommend this company for windows/door replacement.

The windows are good quality. The installation was not so good. We changed all the windows, both floors, including bay windows and patio door. It is supposed to take 2-3 days to finish. 3 guys came and finished it in one day. We felt that they are rushing to finish the job. They painted the window trim, but stained the carpet. ThermoTech agreed to send a carpet cleaner to clean-up. We appreciate their service gesture, but certainly disappointed with the installers.

Great price & great service. We've had them now for about 3 years and have had no issues since. I found the doors there too pricey for us but for windows we found no one better.
