We purchased a new home in Brampton from Baycrest homes. The model was called the pinewood. We are extremely satisfied with our home. There were no real issues and the builder was excellent throughout. From the minute we walked into the sales centre right through taking possession of our new home, the builder treated us as if we were family. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had with our home.

Once we were in our home the builder quickly addressed the few small concerns we had in our home. The finishing and quality of materials really makes it feel like we are living in a luxury custom home. Full attention was paid to every detail in the finishings of our home. I couldn't ask for more.

I could not be happier about my experience with Baycrest homes. If you are in the market for a new built home I highly recommend paying this company a visit first, you won't feel the need to look anywhere else.

We did a full house renovation with Baycrest. They are a family run business and they've been doing it for years so they know what they're doing, excellent at every point during our renovation, from the customer service right to the finished result. Any issues, (not that there were many) that came up were resolved and they were upfront about them, telling us right away and giving us options and professional opinions on what to do. So happy with it and them. Already referred to some friends and colleagues!

The worst customer service out of any home builder. The builder won't respond to anything, unless you submit to Tarion, which I am glad I did. Then, on the last possible day they will contact you.

Now, 7 years after I closed the house with them I still don't have the grading deposit. I have left numerous voice mails, I have faxed them, and nothing. This has gone on for about 3 months. I have spoken to neighbours, and some have received their grading deposit but only after continually haressing the builder. One recieved it in March, but the cheque was dated Oct 31, 2010. So, they cut the cheques and sit on them hoping people will forget. That is not an honest way to run a business.
