The North Restore

The contractors were very knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with the work/repairs and painting that was done and they were hard workers.

We live in an old house and we were looking for someone to re-build the front porch. We spoke to a few individuals before deciding to go with Erion and Gerti who lead The North Restore. Erion and Gerti intuitively understood the difference between a front porch that has to match the characteristics of an old, quirky house and a "deck," which simply requires some wooden planks nailed onto an underlying lattice. They did an amazing job. The pictures are a testament to the care and attention that they put into this work. Upon our insistence they were even able to reuse the balusters from our old railing. This was more work for them, but they were happy to do it to match the overall design of our place.

Very happy with the service. I needed the job done in a very short period of time before I had a tenant move into my unit. They were very accomadating and were able to help me fix my issue. We ran into a few hiccups during the fix but I was rest assured they wouldn't leave until the job was done which I appreciated alot.

Small rental property with a small bathroom. The team was outstanding. They cleaned up everyday when finished and the bathroom now looks brighter and bigger even though the size stayed the same. They changed everything from top to bottom. Bathtub, tiles, vanity, toilet. All materials were chosen by the contractor and I couldn't be more pleased.

Erion and his team renovated my rental condo: painted walls and kitchen cabinets, did the flooring and a few smaller jobs to bring it back to rentable condition. Many people say they’re experts who specialize in condo renovations, but when they start working you’re kind of not sure... these guys really impressed me as someone who could back up these sort of claims.

I got The North Restore to take care of a unit flood. The main floor of the apartment unit got flooded and needed a company to deal with the water emergency and perform the renovations after. They were very professional and took care of all the details since day one. I was very amazed and felt very comfortable in working with their project manager and crew. I highly recommend them and are looking forward to keep working with them in future projects.

I got some painting job done in the past with The North Restore and I contacted them again for painting my entry stairs and floor. Once more, I got a good and fast service with a same day quote and a next day service. Will use them again for anything I need.
