We purchased a new home in Brampton from Baycrest homes. The model was called the pinewood. We are extremely satisfied with our home. There were no real issues and the builder was excellent throughout. From the minute we walked into the sales centre right through taking possession of our new home, the builder treated us as if we were family. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had with our home. Once we were in our home the builder quickly addressed the few small concerns we had in our home. The finishing and quality of materials really makes it feel like we are living in a luxury custom home. Full attention was paid to every detail in the finishings of our home. I couldn't ask for more. I could not be happier about my experience with Baycrest homes. If you are in the market for a new built home I highly recommend paying this company a visit first, you won't feel the need to look anywhere else.
