Tom performed our home inspection, he was very thorough and provided lots of useful information. This included any issues with the property as well and advice on what to replace (and if it needs replacing right away or at a later point). The report provided was also very useful as all the information he provided during the inspection could be found in the report. Finally, Tom is very responsive with any questions I had after the inspection

Tom from Clearview has arrived in time and educate us about the property. He carefully inspect the house inside out ( took him 2-3 hours) and most often pause between sections so our family can ask and share our concerns. Later on the document are available through online portal. The report is easy to pack with useful information as well as Tom notes on the property. Tom did a great job for us. Our appointment was on a raining day, but he still spend a lot of time checked the outside of the house multiple times to make sure everything was in a good condition. After the inspection, he prepared a detailed report with clear photons and explanations of improving areas. He also provided great advice on how to maintain and keep everything in good condition.
