Thomas was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely professional and so helpful throughout the entire walk through. He encouraged my husband and I to ask questions and was so patient and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Tom provided exceptional customer service in regards to the home inspection I requested with the company. He provided an exceptionally detailed report, and was diligent throughout the inspection. He was available to speak with me about the report in detail, when it was convenient for me.

I discovered through blood and urine testing that I may have mold illness. My only source could be my apartment. I started browsing mold inspection companies in Toronto and theres actually not that many to choose from. Everyone I consulted with was either rude, abrupt, made me feel rushed or didnt feel knowledgeable. Until my phone call with Tom! Tom is very friendly, kind, patient and helpful. We went over all my questions, concerns and details of my situation. He provides many tests, some of which other companies dont even offer. He walked me through everything in advance and the day of. The day of was an even better experience because he was even kinder in person, taking into account the state of my health, COVID precautions and any other applicable factors. I truly felt he wanted to ensure the process was catered to me and everything would go smoothly. Follow up with the results was also a great experience because besides going over everything, Tom assured me I can reach out to him in the future whenever Id like should I have any questions or comments. He said hell do his best to help in any way. My mom was present for the experience as well and shares the same opinion as me. We both highly highly suggest Tom and his business for anyone seeking these services. To reiterate and truly highlight it again, this was a really kind, friendly, helpful, patient and respectful experience, which is quite rare nowadays for any type of service/interaction. So glad I listened to the similar reviews and chose Clearview! Tom performed our home inspection, he was very thorough and provided lots of useful information. This included any issues with the property as well and advice on what to replace (and if it needs replacing right away or at a later point). The report provided was also very useful as all the information he provided during the inspection could be found in the report. Finally, Tom is very responsive with any questions I had after the inspection

Tom from Clearview has arrived in time and educate us about the property. He carefully inspect the house inside out ( took him 2-3 hours) and most often pause between sections so our family can ask and share our concerns. Later on the document are available through online portal. The report is easy to pack with useful information as well as Tom notes on the property. Tom did a great job for us. Our appointment was on a raining day, but he still spend a lot of time checked the outside of the house multiple times to make sure everything was in a good condition. After the inspection, he prepared a detailed report with clear photons and explanations of improving areas. He also provided great advice on how to maintain and keep everything in good condition.
