I was not able to put in my house purchase contract home inspection before finalize sale. I called Tom to give us peace of mind by looking through the house from top to bottom. Given we used a buyer visit to do the inspection he worked with us to ensure that he had the time to explain everything to us. He showed us on the spot areas that we should look out for and point out to our renovators to fix. His report after we part ways was very thorough. He took pictures of areas we should fix but not vital to bring the place to code and he spotted things we generally wouldnt even look for and clearly point it out to us. In the end he also gave us an open door to call him whenever we have concerns or something we dont understand. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended
