We purchased our home 3 years ago and had the Home Inspection of the previous home owners when we moved in.
Everything looked good. Within 10 days we had a number of issues that involved plumbing and our entire first floor had to be redone after water damage.

He also used the thermal imaging and identified the same issue with our bathroom / dining room ceiling. This
also helped us get this repaired asap from the original company at no cost to us.
The report and overview was fantastic and incredibly helpful. Tom loves what he does and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I could
give him a100 star rating I would - because he made life easy for us. Also, we now have the peace of mind we wanted knowing
