Was not the lowest cost, but have seen pervious work done and was impressed by detail and professionalism. Installers right on time and very respectful of our house, tried to to everything as clean as possible, hoping for many years of cool comfort.

Managed a sweet deal during slow times with the help of Dave and Matt. Dave was knowledgable in the sales pitch and Matt (GM) was worth talking too to negotiate a better deal. On the day of install, Aaron and Aaron showed up right on time and got to work. Job install looks great, furnace is quietly warming house and can't wait to see how the AC works this summer. Only complaint might be the rushed clean-up effort and the rushed explanation of how the system works once it is installed. I am also hoping the buyout program with the rental option is a straightforward matter.

Purchased a new furnace and hot water tank from this company. They were very helpful to deal with. The installers worked well, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. There was one minor issue and when I contacted the company, they immediately sent someone out to fix it and gave me a free product as "compensation". Would highly recommend this company.

Jeff came today to fix our furnace and we were extremely impressed by his friendly manner and efficient and thorough service. On Feb 27, I decided we need a new furnace since the insurance company and was bugging us to to a new one ours was over thirty year old and the hot water tank was 1983. I called Reliance The Furance Company to get a estimate done and they arrived within the hour and measured us up and set up the install date for the next day. Aaron and Nolan arrived at our house like they said at 7:30 and proceeded to put in a hard days work. they had been told that the job was going to be two days. These two young men work so good together that they had both units installed and done on the first day. they were truly hard workers. We would recommed them and your copany to anyone who is looking for a new furnace and hot water tank. We are looking at maybe a A/C in the future and we will be giving Reliance a Call. Thank you.

Ross and Mark I. installed an air conditioner at my house on Feb 25. They were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and were able to complete the job quite quickly. They also helped install new thermostats and showed us how to program them. They are very helpful. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I was building a new suite in the basement and required a separate heating system so decided to have another furnace installed. The Furnace Company had a promotion on at the time. For all new furnaces they included an air conditioner. They moved the old furnace and installed the new with all new duct work and new venting on the main floor for the old furnace. Brent, Bryce and Mark were courteous, neat, fast and efficient. Thank you gentlemen!

Aaron and Nolan were very thorough and expeditious. Install went very well, they explained everything and cleaned up to the point that you would not have known they were there in the first place.

First the salesperson did a crackerjack job of explaining the options and gave tips for maximizing my savings. The estimator was very knowledgeable, then Mark I. and Jamie B. came and did a great job of replacing the furnace and creating a solution for the fitting of bits into an old house. I was consulted at every step or change, no matter how minor. They were polite, fast and cleaned the mess. They also passed along observations about my roof, attic insulation etc. that were very helpful as it is difficult for me to get up there to see for myself.
